Backdrop was an indie pitch project lead and initiated by Franz Stradal, my superior at Ascaron back when I was working on Sacred 2. The game was meant to become a 2,5D RPG stage performance adventure mix. I did some logo animations, added to the game design and helped with developing the pitch trailer. No publisher wanted to pick up this pitch back then and sadly kickstarter wasn’t a thing just yet. It would have been a very interesting fancy, artsy project to further work on.
